Finance Committee Annual Meeting

January 11, 2022

The Board of Finance of the Switzerland County Public Library met January 12, 2021 at 3:32 pm for the Annual Meeting. Members in attendance were Bruce Williams, Stacy Streett, Mary Jane Rogers, and Sharon Deck. Director Emily Fox and Treasurer Heather Peelman were present. Streett agreed to become president, Rogers agreed to become secretary, and Deck will remain vice president. The Investment Policy was reviewed and no changes were made. The Credit Card Policy was reviewed and no changes were made. First Financial Bank is the designated depository for funds. The Certificate of Deposit with Friendship State Bank matured in February 2020. Since interest rates are still low, the board will reevaluate opening another CD when interest rates are higher. Vevay Newspapers will be the vehicle for publication of public notices.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:36 pm.
