Before filling out this form, please check our library catalog to see if SCPL or another Evergreen Indiana library owns the title you desire.
If we own the item, please place a hold through our catalog and we will call you when it comes in.
For items that are not owned by SCPL, you may complete an interlibrary loan request. Interlibrary loans take approximately 2 to 8 weeks to arrive at our library.
